However, retrieving the parking chip from the reception was a hassle, and the air conditioning could use some power. The reception area felt a bit lackluster despite the overall comfort and hospitality.

My room was spacious, clean, and had an excellent shower. The reception team was incredibly helpful when I accidentally left my bag on a tram—they went above and beyond to assist me, really making my experience memorable.

Good location with comfortable stay

The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from tram stops and about 20 minutes from the city center, making it great for exploring Dresden. My room was spacious, clean, and had a nice hot shower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience even better. However, it would be nice if Wi-Fi was included for free instead of having a charge for it.

A lovely two-night journey as a couple! The modern and spacious room offered cozy comfort. We enjoyed a small stroll to the old town and found delightful local eateries. A tip, skip the pricey hotel breakfast and explore nearby bakeries for delicious options!

The room was spacious with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Loved the walk-in shower and the toiletries provided, like body soap and shampoo. The breakfast had freshly baked croissants and various organic juices. The staff was really helpful when we asked for dining recommendations. Parking was available right outside, but can be tricky to find a spot.
